Paul is a qualified independent mortgage adviser. Being independent means he does not work with any particular mortgage company or lender but he searches all available options for you to find the most suitable deal that suits your needs and requirement. Paul qualified in 2003 and gained his CeMAP qualifications with the institute of Financial Services. Since then he has helped hundreds of clients to select and obtain the most suitable mortgage deals for them. Paul maintains his relationship with the lending teams of the various lenders and can give in depth advices to how different lenders view different situations and likelihood of and application being successful.
Before Good Mortgage Solutions, Paul worked for a local financial services company, where he was a mortgage specialist. He still has a very good relationship with them and has since built up relationships with other independent firms. “We pride ourselves on the service we offer, regular updates, knowing our clients and most of all, we have the knowledge to help people make the right and informed choices”.
Chris has worked in the industry since 2014 since that time he has been worked closely with the team and built up a good understanding of the mortgage market. Resulting in him qualifying and gaining his CeMAP qualification from the institute of Financial Services. Chris has built up a good relationship with solicitors and speaks to them on a regular basis to understand the changes within the conveyancing sector. Passing on all the updates and relevant information to clients. In the last 12 months Chris has helped people buy new or first homes and saved clients money on existing mortgages and insurances.
Sue has worked for the company since the outset in 2014. She deals with all the accounts and book keeping. But like all employees her role is to also a customer service position. Good Mortgage Solutions insist on all employees having a “can do” attitude. Meaning we can all step in and help where it is most needed. Sue can often be found on the phone chasing an estate agent or mortgage company to make sure documents have been received and completion dates match the clients requirements.
